Also please pray for Mark Ward RIP who died last week, no details are available of the Funeral arrangements currently. May their souls, and the souls of all the faithful departed, rest in peace, Amen.
A THRIVING PARISH Following the Synod output earlier this year there was strong desire for our parish to become more active, to grow and to thrive. We are blessed with PPC, Finance and Steering Groups who are currently very busy establishing priorities, plans and strategies to help us do just that. However, we must work together if we are to progress and to do that, we need your help. God has given us all different abilities and we now call upon those wonderful talents and skills He wants us to use.
To that effect, during the weekend of the 24th/25th September, we are asking everyone to let us know what you can do, what you can offer by participating in an audit of our collective skills and talents no matter how big or small. Together, we make a considerable team and we promise that no one will be pressured. Please do take this opportunity to take this small step forward. Let us be prepared to make a difference.
OFFERTORY The collection for 18th September amounted to £768.44. The Retiring Collection for Home Mission Sunday amounted to £219.50. We are very grateful for your continued support.

Help us to forgive one another, to act justly, love mercy and walk humbly together with Christ, in his strength and in his Spirit, now and every day. Amen
