It is through your personal generosity and dedication, that we have been able to reopen our churches for prayer, and to keep them open, for the celebration of the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and other sacraments. “ “…Your volunteer ministry as stewards is a great blessing for us all.”

RESUMPTION OF PUBLIC LITURGIES AT OUR LADY OF PEACE AND ST ANDREW’S
It has been exceptionally good having Parishioners back in Church for Mass these past 14 weeks. Thank you to our amazing volunteers who have made this possible.
We can confirm that gathering in the Church for public worship and private prayers is not affected by the recent restrictions announced by the Prime Minister, limiting gatherings to not more than six persons. Rule of six does apply for celebrations like baptism outside Mass.
However, during any public celebration of liturgies, we will continue, to the best of our ability, to put in place measures to ensure everyone’s safety. masks must be worn at all times whilst in the church.
THE NHS CONTACT TRACING APP A QR code is on display at our Churches. Leaflets explaining safety measures are available in the Church. Weekend Mass times remain as follows:
|Day||Location||Time||Who can attend|
|Sat||Our Lady of Peace||10.00am||Specifically for the elderly and those who need to take extra care, but who are permitted outside of the home.|

|Sun||Our Lady of Peace||9.30am||Anyone|
I very much look forward to welcoming you back to the Church and to pray with you all for an end to this pandemic.
