WE WELCOME Fr Anthony Zabbey who will be with us this weekend.
THE MISSIONARY SOCIETY OF ST PAUL There will be an appeal this weekend for the work of the MSP, and there will be a retiring collection next weekend. There are envelopes available in the Church porches, please return in the collection bags next weekend.
DECEASED Please pray for Angela O’Donnell who died recently, her Funeral Service will be on Monday, 3rd February in Our Lady of Peace at 11.15am, followed by burial at Slough Cemetery. Please also pray for Virginia Hunt RIP who died last week, her Requiem Mass will be on Tuesday, 4th February in Our Lady of Peace at 10.45am, followed by burial at Slough Cemetery. May their souls and the souls of all the faithful departed rest in peace, Amen.
MASS CHANGE There will be no 9.30am Mass on Tuesday, 4th February in Our Lady of Peace, Mass will be at 10.45am and will be the Requiem Mass for Virginia Hunt RIP.
SACRED VESSELS Fr Joseph has purchased new sacred vessels, if you would like to make a donation towards the cost of the vessels please place in an envelope and mark ‘Sacred Vessels’ and place in the collection bag.

ADORATION of the Blessed Sacrament prior to the 6.00pm Mass on Saturdays, beginning at 5.15pm. Please respect the Lord and those who would like to pray by maintaining silence in Church prior to Mass. Also prior to the 9.30am Mass on Sundays, after the reflection, please maintain silence.
DIVINE MERCY CHAPLET is prayed each Sunday at 11.20am, before Mass in St Andrew’s for Priests.
BAPTISM PREPARATION COURSE The next Baptism Preparation course that Fr Joseph and Deacon Marek will be running begins on Wednesday, 4th March at 7.00pm and will be held in the Sacristy at Our Lady of Peace. If you wish for your child to be Baptised over the next few months, you will need to attend the course. This is especially important for first time parents. If you have not already advised that you will be attending, please contact Yvonne on 01628 605764.
SAFEGUARDING The Bishop has instructed that all Eucharist Ministers require to have a Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check in place. If you are a commissioned Eucharist Minister, and have not had a DBS check carried out, then please contact Yvonne on 01628 605764 or by email using this link, as a matter of urgency and she will arrange for a DBS to be carried out.

REJOICE IN MOTHERHOOD : MOTHERS PRAYERS For Mothers who wish to pray together for their children and grandchildren – Mothers, Grandmothers, Aunties! Please come and join us as we pray for our children in Our Lady of Peace Church at 10.30am on Thursdays. Please feel free to request prayers for family and friends. There is a ‘Mothers Prayers’ request book on the bookshelf at the side entrance to the Church.
HELP AFTER SUNDAY 9.30AM MASS We are extremely grateful to all those who help tidy the Church after the 9.30am Mass each Sunday, please keep up the good work!

ST GILBERT’S MISSION PROJECT still continue to raise funds. Small plastic bottles are available in the Church porches for any loose change you would like to donate to the St Gilbert’s Mission Project. Please return full bottles to Our Lady of Peace.
OUR PARISH LIST OF THE SICK There is a book where you can enter the name of the person to be prayed for. In line with Data Protection legislation please obtain the consent of the person before entering their name in the book. This book will be placed on the altar during each Mass in Our Lady of Peace Church.
MASS OFFERING FORMS are available in the Church porches which you can complete for any Mass intentions you wish to have offered. Please return the form, with your offering, in an envelope and hand to Fr Joseph or Yvonne, or leave in the Sacristy or Presbytery.
OUR LADY OF PEACE CHURCH ‘DEFECTS LOG’ BOOK There is a ‘defects log’ book on the bookcase in Our Lady of Peace Church. If you find any defects which need to be investigated in the Church please make a note in the book.
SUBMISSIONS FOR THE PARISH WEBSITE OR WEEKLY NEWSLETTER can be sent to Yvonne. Items on paper and print are also accepted and can be given to Yvonne using this link, or Fr Joseph or delivered to the Presbytery. The deadline for items for the printed bulletin is Thursday 12 noon.

QUIZ NIGHT Holy Redeemer fundraising Team will be holding a Quiz night on 22nd February at The Holy Family Parish Centre, Langley starting at 7.30pm.
